As from January 2019 the way we price for a whole site booking is changing. |
There will now be a fixed fee for the use of the entire site, regardless of the number of users, up to 800 people.
This includes all buildings and site activities, but exclude external use of utilities; such as power for bouncy castles.
The revised prices will be published on our web site following the site AGM in November.

| Site Use
Friday Night Use by Non-Residents
As a result of the amount of usage the site receives and the traffic coming onto the site,
the management committee has decided that we will not allow evening visits on a Friday.
The only exception to this is when there are no other campers using the site.
All site users offering Shooting as an activity are encouraged to use Lead-free ammunition. |
If lead-free ammo is not available then event organisers need to ensure that they comply with the stringent guidelines about avoiding lead pollution and clean up appropriately afterwards.
There is a vacuum cleaner with a special filter supplied in the Barn for cleaning purposes
Please note that all Barn users are required to sign a statement about compliance before the keys are issued by the Site Warden.

may still have a small firework displays,
but no visitors for the event are permitted,
and the usual notification forms are still required in advance.
